It seems NYS has gone out of their way to make it harder for pool halls to operate. During NYS COVID lockdown, poolhalls were the last allowed to re-open. In the meanwhile, they still have to pay rent, utilities, and other running expenses.Basically my idea but my county in New York state is giving me problems. My plan would be at least 10 9 foot tables, 5 inch pockets and at least 4-6 bar tables. I've got plenty of regional tours in the area who would love to have a room with open arms. Vending machines for me aswell and an area for eSports.
Again, sucks that my county thinks all pool halls are problem makers.
