Stolen cue and case

I wasnt going to reply. I usually like to stay away from this stuff. For being broke and what not he is certainly making a lot of offers on cues. Always a super low ball followed by I am on a fixed income. He is using it as a tactic to get lowball offers accepted. This is silly. If you saved the money from all the offers you made, you would have cues. A Players cue can be had cheap, but most of his offers are on higher end makers, Scruggs, Phillipis and such. Go get what you can afford. If your story checks out, my bad. I would assume it wont though as you certainly haven't come back on to defend yourself or try to prove the story.

Post a police report, or keep it to yourself. I feel this way with the other guy too. If he doesnt prove it, I wouldnt send him anything either. Good luck and may the balls roll in your favor.

Not really you can edit when you sober up!
The way I see it is a cue case and a cue is something you can live without and rent a cue or use a house cue!
It is not something you ask someone to give you because you let yours get stolen!
I would love to have a 1955 corvette how about everyone chip in and buy one for me? Mine was ripped off while I left it running and ran in to the store for a 24 oz Heineken . I couldn't afford insurance !

I'm no bum and don't mind paying for it so if anyone ordered a Gus Szamboti cue I will gladly pay you what you paid for it and you got to play with it all these years free! I have one with the original box it was $272.00 in 1980 so if I could please get a few more it would be great ! No original box needed just let me know what Gus charged you and I will pay you!

Dear Mike, always had this terrible infection and needed a cue lathe and parts and can't afford his medication and recently sells his lifelong collection of cues and cases. I guess he forgot he had it.
 
Also note how soon after the disabled vet had his cue stolen thread this thread showed up. Saw the gratitude of the other members, figured he could get in on it.

My cues were stolen, I share on league night, or use a house cue. Deal with it.
 
Not to mention that he is still buying cues and cases.

I hear story's of stolen, and in need. Do any of these people who say they where ripped off or short of luck ever give back... This might be karma. Not talking about the kids, or students... But grown men and women who can afford to pay to play the game of pool, but don't have the money to buy what they need... And yes I don't mean a predator or custom cue.. A players is like $80 and a 1x1 case is $15... Ok a glove $10 for a total of $105..... Chalk is free... Break cue? Use a house cue. Tip shouldn't matter you probity can't tell or know the difference... This shit is very simple... I'm sorry if I'm so forward. And for those that have done the right thing and either lost or had there things taken. These things I posted for $105 could be saved for, even if you don't have funds. Asking AZ for help, if your true and honest is ok. But to ask for things of high grade is bull. I once asked to start a fund to donate cue stuff for those in need and worthy. But never have I asked for high grade, if you suck a players is fine. If your a pro then you can play with a players. Either way all these in need of and using AZ as a way to suck the good out of the members to the point they don't want to do anything anymore is crazy and enough..... Just my 2 cents.... This should be a sticky for anyone ready to ask for things from us... If your story can't be confirmed then you shouldn't get anything from any of us.....
