My ex girlfriend had her Schon cx53 cue stolen from her in Abilene Texas a day or two ago! It had I believe a crocodile style leather wrap on it. It was in a fairly simple black case with metal conches on it. This cue means as much to me as it does to her so if anybody has seen one that someone just "happened" to have gotten a new one around Abilene with that type of wrap I would be in debt to you if you could let me know so we could investigate it. She has already made a police report and all that but as I'm sure most of you know, that really doesn't help much. The cue was stolen out of her car where her purse, cds, mp3 player, etc. was all at and they took ONLY the cue, so whoever took it knows what they were going for because it was in her trunk. Here is a picture of the Schon cx 53 but with a linen wrap, remember hers had a leather wrap. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

This is a good idea. A buddy had a cue stolen he went to the local pawn shops and passed out pictures. A couple of weeks later he got a call and they arrested the guy at the pawn shop trying to sell his cue.
Ya I already told her that, I used to work at a pawn shop so I know that whole story. Actually she had already knew that and she didn't have a picture of it to give to the police so they could check the pawn shops so she asked me if I happened to have a pic of it so I found her this one...and let me tell you, this particular cue is HARD to find. Whoever said the idea about the cue repair guy thats a good idea I will tell her that though I would expect her step dad to tell her that since he is a cue repair guy.
Lol, we are talking about a 21 year old apa 3 maybe 4. She had pool after work so she left it in the trunk so it didnt get stolen out of her car....can you define "irony"?
Bump, still looking for this cue, pictures have been passed around all around the Abilene area to all the pawn shops, thrift shops, cue repair shops and all the bar owners. Chances are low, but just incase it WAS someone on here or someone on here knows who it was, there will be no charges pressed if it is just given back, but there has been a police report made so if you are found to have it without turning it in it will be prosecuted to the full extent.
