I usually use the blade in hand method for tip/ferrules but would appreciate advice regarding cutting bits.
Atlas offers C6 grade carbide tipped bits 3/8" shank Right Straight Turning Tool (AR6) and the same bit with 15 degree lead angle (BR6).
When facing a ferrule and trimming sidewall of tips close to flush with ferrule before finishing with sandpaper, which of these two bits are preferred and why?
All input will be appreciated.
