It seems to me that the 4-3 cluster is very difficult to break up without getting hooked somehow. Seems the best way to break this up and have a shot is come off the short rail then the long and push the 3 out. Even this will probably leave at best a tough thin cut. Another way is come in shot to the long and push the 3 out but this risks a scratch.
Play the safe. It's probably your best option, besides, on average, most players only average runs of 5 or less balls and there's 8 on the table.
