Sugar Tree Raffle?

Thanks guys.. PM is all I need to update the list. No need to post it on the thread too.

Personally it doesn't bother me but I'm just thinking of the ones who do not like raffles because of all the bumps.

Trying to make everyone happy even though I know it can't be done.

LOL, half of them are in your raffle!

Ohhh come on guys lets get this over with quickly... please make the payments asap.............

They are all well respected peopl.u wiill get ur money for sure.i am sure it can be done tommorow:)

Might I suggest that you let Josh run this Raffle the way he wants to? I don't blame him for waiting.

I noticed that you're responding to questions posed to Josh, as you did when it was your recent raffle. Now you're encouraging him to go forward with the drawing even though he hasn't received all monies yet?

Are you willing to pay for those 4 people? You wouldn't win if their number hits, you're just vouching for them and therefore would be responsible for submitting their payment - before the winner is announced.

Frankly, if he's waiting on MOs, it's unlikely it will go off tomorrow.

Josh, you're doing the right thing. Don't let others influence your judgment.

Just an Idea....

maybe for future raffles, the host can have a set draw date.

allowing 1 week for moneys to be received.

keeps it nice and clear for everyone.

good luck all.

I don't doubt that one bit but the money has to be collected first.

If Gluton1, Hangemhigh, and GRC all have payments to me by tomorrow I will go ahead and trust RackRunner and do the raffle then.

Only if we are waiting on one person though. If we are waiting on more it will be Saturday.
God forbid you got forty dollars less than the 1680. for a sneaky pete, what a joke and ripoff this is.........:o

40 dollars for a chance to win a nice cue, not really a rip-off. I mean obviously you don't think it is worth it but I am sure the people who have purchased spots think that it is. So your comment is rather mute. If your a collector this might be the cheapest cue you purchase for your collection, not a bad proposition. Although I did just meet a guy who found a Palmer in a pawn shop and paid $150 for it.

The cue will bring that "joke" price in the open market, about half of what a Searing of the same type will bring. Whats your beef? You don't think Crisp's work is worth the asking price?

Nothing but the best of words to Eric ,his cues and workmanship and also his family values but i know for sure what mine cost me from Eric and this is an absolute joke, maybe not to people who THINK they have a shot..

I remember the same objections and justifications when Searing's cues took off. It is done, there is no looking back, the sky is the limit. Take solace in the fact you got in on the bottom floor and comfort yourself in the knowledge of how much your Sugartree has appreciated.

I don't think the host can set a draw date without the payments first. I would suggest though to set a deadline for payments to be made. If the deadline passes then free up the slots again. Only after moneys are received then should a date be set.
