What i know of sugartree is that Eric uses 3X8/10 and not radial.

i've heard he makes shafts for other cues. i could be wrong though

I had Eric custom make this shaft for me and it is most assuredly for a radial pin, fits all of my Arnot's as well as my newer TS.

But yes you're right Eric usually uses 3/8x10
