Yes this was one of your two bats. I was actually on the phone with Eric talking about them the day he got them from you.
I was also at Eric's shop for each step of the conversion. I really learned a lot but had to sign a nondisclosure agreement.... We collaborated fully on this and this was the result.
I've played with it and I can honestly say it feels like an extension of my arm.
I really hope my great grandkids appreciate it when it is passed down as an heirloom. NOTE: my daughters are only in their teens at the moment!!!! Should tell you how I feel about this particular cue.
Actually the rings were a dilemma. I was leaning to the micro Sugartree rings that Eric does. Just couldn't get the right look or combination. I had another cue with same rings (that Eric threw together from an old schmelke) and it just felt and looked right. Then it turned more into a brown/gold theme. The brown phenolics really work. Even has an OLD brown bumper to top it off.
Wow, That turned out awesome. Now to see what Eric does with the other Titlist. I'm awaiting another stunning conversion and happy owner.
Enjoy it in good health,
Dan Z.
