what is your version of an extended wrap ? i do not use imitation lizard and i can only get genuine liazrd so long.
 
Check with Mike Gulyassy. He makes a fabulous cue. He typically uses a 3/8 x 10 pin, but I suspect he would be willing to build to your specs.
