Just need to now how much it costs to get in people. Can't seem to find that on their website.

From what I've found out, it is $25 per day. Someone please correct me if this is incorrect.

That is what I think it is also. Anyone with an APA card gets a discount also.

wonder if I can borrow someone's APA card.... :D

I'd share mine with you, but do you think you could pass as a female? OR we could just tell them you are French!!!!

Gosh, I must be getting old...I could have sworn that the last time I had to actually pay to get in it was $25. Do they still do the APA discount??

Hint to my fellow forum members: question everything I post....everything.

Are you sure about that APA discount? Two years ago I didn't play in the tournament and the only discount my APA card got me was getting in to the pro event which you pay for separately once inside the expo.

The nice thing about playing in one of the tournaments is you get free passes in for the whole thing. After you factor that in the 75 bucks for the entry fee isn't really very much.

what do they get for the parking ? I bet it's more for the parking then the expo it's self

just my two cents imput

I don't remember parking costing anything at all.

That would be a suprise to me!

In NYC I think parking is more expensive then most expo's , you could play pool here for 7-8 dollars an hour but your parking I think is about 20.00 22.00 an hour

I read on another forum where a group from that forum met for dinner in NY. The parking lot for the restaurant charged them $45. They didn't mention the cost of dinner.

Parking for the Expo / Tournament is free. However, when you combine the two hotels, the expo, the various tournaments, and the like, the lot gets very full.

This is a truly great event and I am sorry I will be missing it this year. :( :( :(

I hink parking was free two years ago.

The parking isn't bad if you're there early, but later in the day you may have to drive around a little to find a spot.

Something for first time players: If you get a badge/player ID, MAKE SURE you have it with you at all times. If you don't have it on your person, they will make you go get it or you'll have to pay to get in. I have seen no leniancy in this in the years I've been going.

An amendment to LS 77's statement regarding her posts: "Take everything I post with a grain of salt...and then disregard it immediately".

I now quote the last two words at the end of the movie TCOM that Fast Eddie said to Vincent, ".. ...." Nah, changed my mind...I'll let you say it out loud and with emphasis. LOL :D (lucky you)
