Super Billiards Expo - Valley Forge, anyone hear anything?

Yes, TAP Rally in the Valley will be at the Super Billiards Expo. Although the TAP event is hosted at the Expo, they run their own event, so you have to contact them for more information...
I may be confused as to what you are asking for. The links above indicate the dates and location of the show, and they indicate that the TAP event will be going on. Is there something I am missing?

Specifically I guess I am looking for more in detail. For example a list of events for both Tap and the expo. A scedule of events to see which events I can play in and which events there might be some over lap in. Cost of entry. How early does it start on the 18th so I can see if I can fly in that morning or do I have to fly in the night before. I guess a scedule of events would clear everything up. Also I would like to see the requirements to play in tap league tourny since I am a new player to the league.
I can tell you that the rooms at the Radisson are long gone. Some people book 3 or more rooms and then sell them at a profit in the months before SBE.
yeah, I figured rooms were going to be hard to come across, any other hotels good to stay at that are near by? Also anyone have any information on the schedule of events?
There are plenty of places to stay nearby, most of them cheaper than the Radisson. But staying there is really the only way to go, IMO. It's worth the extra money to be able to relax between matches, walk around without carrying cues, etc. I doubt I'll go next spring. But I'll book my room the day after Expo 2010 ends for the 2011 event.
Sorry we don't have a schedule of events for 2010 yet, I had left the 2009 schedule online so people could get an idea of what goes on, but then people complained that the site wasn't updated 
We will publish a better schedule as time gets closer... The schedule is more or less just a detailed explanation of the starting times, player meetings, booth open hours, etc..

This link lists the events, and their general info. the entry forms are not available online yet because we are considering some changes to make things better for the players. However, the link I just posted should give you a pretty good sense of the events available... If you want info about the TAP event, you have to contact TAP directly, they are in charge of that...

It's honestly not bad at all staying in another hotel. I stayed a few miles away last year and it was fine. Not that I spent much time in the hotel. If you have never been to sbe, you're in fir a treat. Everything you could ever want, great tounaments both pro and am, and action and tables all night long.
