Shane BREAKS

Shane breaks dry...

Johnny cuts the one in the side and has to shoot a 2-6 carom.

he tried to hold the two and the six comes up short.

Shane makes the two up table, holds the cue off the three with a perfect angle on the four to slide up and play the five in the side.

Johnny's got to be thinking "What the hell happened to my 7 game lead"????

Shane gets out and makes it 9-11, pulling within two games.

Shane BREAKS

Another great break, open table, shot at the one.

It may be a little hard to hold for position on the two.

holds position perfect on the two and has to draw back really well to get on the three right.

This is the key shot.

Plays it great.

He hits the three fat and rattles it out of the pocket.

WOW!!!!

Johnny makes the three but his head isn't right with this come back and he loses whitey and ends up on the rail with the four at mid table.

he calls it in the upper right corner and cinches it... great shot.

Willy the wimp is playing in the background...

Johnny is on the wrong side of the eight.

plays it well and has a long shot on the nine that he is close to with the CB.

hits it perfectly and finished the game to get back to a three game lead. 12-9.

JA breaking...

Makes a ball and has a shot on the one.

The six is right on the eight and although it does have a pocket, shape to get there isn't the easiest.

HMMMM??? he's got an angle on the three that makes it difficult to get an angle on the five to get right on the six.

This isn't easy...luckily JA's a pro... :)

He's straight on the five and is going to have to pocket speed pocket cheat on the five to follow off the rail in order to come out enough.

He does it and has great shape on the six.

Johnny gets out to take it to 13-9.

JA breaking...

Makes three balls, but unfortunately also makes a fourth (the CB).

Shane with seven balls to run and no problems with BIH??? Of course he runs it out....

solid break no real problems, open shot on the one.

Went a little far on the six and has a slightly awkward angle.

Shane makes the six and draws cross off the side rail to get shape on the seven.

Makes the nine and ten to get within two again...

11-13.

Shane BREAKS

Another ball down, open table and open shot on the one for SVB.

Flirts with disaster to get on the right side of the two almost hooking himself behind the eight.

He would've liked to have a little more angle to get to the six from the five, he ends up too straight on the six. This will be tough...

He plays it really well, gets a good kiss off the eight and makes the eight easier too.

three open balls to get within one game for the break...

Shane gets out to get within one game... 12-13

They're taking a twenty minute intermission.

Shane BREAKS

Shane breaks and gets to the five no problems but then comes up short on shape on the six. He makes the six and over runs position on the 7.

He's able to cut the seven in the side and makes the nine and ten to tie it up 13-13.

Shane BREAKS

Shane makes a couple of balls on the break bu the four is blocking the two, the lowest ball on the table.

A PHJ's song starts playing after Shane pushes right as Johnny comes to the table.

Wow, JA makes a great full table shot on the two from the bottom rail and gets rewarded with shape on the three after kissing off the eight at mid table.

he's got the right angle, but he may have to jack up a little since he's close to the rail.

He hits it great and gets as good a shape as possible on the five. he cuts it into the side and JA claims it skidded on him.

Johnny gets out and takes the lead again 14-13.

JA breaking...wow. it's been a while since my title said this..

JA breaks dry, but only leaves a 1-8 combo for a starting shot.

Wow. Shane thinks it out and plays the one rail first into the eight and controls all the balls to continue the run.

he ends up going a little too far on the four and has to follow for shape on the five. He ends up jacked up over the seven on the five but makes it. He hits the six a little off and it jaws in the pocket.

He may have gotten the CB safe behind the ten though.

JA had the shot on the six but comes up a little short on the seven.

It means that the natural angle off the seven is coming right at the nine.

He elects to back cut the seven in the side.

He cuts it right in, but overshoots position on the nine and is shooting off of the rail.

plays it great to get a two game lead. 15-13

JA breaking...

JA makes a great break and then the two rolls up and blocks him from the one.

JA reacts visibly upset at the bad roll. First he shook his stick at the two and jabbed at it, then he mumbled under his breath and let out a hmmphh...

JA pushes out to the bottom rail.

Shane makes an awesome shot on the one and gets a bad roll hooked behind the eight.

He pulls out the jump cue, gets the hit, breaks out a cluster and sells out a shot on the two to JA.

johnny plays speed perfect to the five from the four.

Then he proceeds to run out the rack to get a three game lead again. 16-13.

JA breaking...

JA breaks a ball in and can see the one, but plays a safe where many balls could have fallen.

Shane hits the one... really tough shot and gets a good roll making a tough shot for JA...

Now Johnny's talking to himself and Rodney...

He calls the one in the side a very difficult cut. The one is four inches off the side rail and about eight inches up from the side.

he makes the shot with shape on the two. It had natural shape on the two.

Johnny's talking about how he can't believe he was willing to shoot it.

He has to move the magic rack practically every shot.

He's now carrying the magic rack with him as he moves to different parts of the table.

He uses inside follow to hold the cue for the six and does an alright job of it.

He strokes it good and gets a nice bump from the ten allowing him to shoot the seven in the side instead of the corner.

JA gets out to have won the last four games, taking a four game lead. 17-13.
