Some players are gonna beach about it whether a ref, the TD, their opponent, a bystander or even if Jesus Christ racks.
The only way to stop the beachin', the re-racking, & all the wasted time is to have ONE universal rack that will hold 15 balls and ONE universal rack that holds 9 balls.
Then flip, lag, draw straws, or whatever to see who racks & breaks 1st.
You get 10 or 15 seconds to put the balls inside of the rack with head ball on the spot. Draw a damn sharpie around the rack & fit it in that line if you have to.
ALTERNATE breaks if more than 1 game.
If you want a gap in all the balls, well, rack 'em that way. If you want a tight rack, well, rack 'em that way. If you want the back row loose, well, rack 'em that way. You're the one gonna break, so rack 'em like you want then your opponent gonna rack 'em how he wants.
Otherwise, the same beachin' chit is gonna happen from now on!
