I ASK this question because in my opinion i believe that shane and efren are the 2 top players ever . SO dont argue that earl should be up there. If i were talking about just 9 ball or 10 ball maybe i could put earl in top 5 but anyway .Who would like to see svb vs efren play a race to 75 in 9 ball braken down into three 8 hour sessions. Then a race to 30 in one pocket. Then a race to 30 in 15 ball rotation. and if this were to happen who would be the favorite.

I think this would be a good match-up. But would be better to watch if you could have Efren when he was in his prime.

i agree but i think this would still be a coin flip . I would also like to see in 30 years from now if shane will be able to compete with the young guys as efren does now.

How about if we just watch TAR this weekend?

According to the old-time Pinoys, Efren was already past his prime when he made his first trip to the U.S. (at age 31) and took everyone's money.

This is even more true today at 60 (this August), he's clearly past his prime, but he dominated the one hole again!

Three cushion, one pocket and rotation Efren is the favorite to win all three. 14.1 I give Efren a slight edge. 9 ball and 10 ball Van Boening has an edge.

My thoughts exactly.
