Everybody I know who saw that agreed that if you didn't have the author at your side to explain and demonstrate, you'd be lost. I'd be surprised if you found one; they're pretty rare to begin with.
I'm curious what the people who are interested in memorabilia here, think a signed 1st edition copy of this book in fine condition would be worth?

The black second printing is less valuable.

I agree that it is hard to get good info out of the book. One suggestion in it that I don't much care for is that for something like the corner-5, Gilbert recommends using increasing elevation as you shoot from lower cue ball numbers. I would recommend it only for collectors -- get Bob Byrne's books instead.
