The book is by Murat Tüzül and had two printings/publications. The first was in 2001:
and the second was in 2003 with more languages translated:
The book covers several systems. To use the systems, you begin by "calibrating" the table which is to say, note how some specific tests shots work on the table. This gives you a "table number" which is used in the calculation of the systems. Here is an example shot which demonstrates the application of the table number:
In this particular case, the "table number" has previously been measured as 10. The table number includes not only the nature of the table's cushions but also how you stroke particular shots.
If you like system play then I think you will find a lot here that is useful, but it will take some study.
I got my copy from Murat personally. The systems in the book is very valuable. I like it because it adjusts for each table and stroke, rather than something like the corner 5 system that you have to adjust in say, a short playing table. I think it's a nice to have, it's helped me with short/long/short shots.
I've seen one copy in 4 languages, where mine is only in English and Türkçe.
