You may already know this, but if not, be sure to tell him to be sure and donate time/trash services in the community....community events, etc. Very important!(It was either Waste Mgmt. or the other big one - I can't think of their name - that they sold out to)
But to kind of get back to thread topic...some of their drivers they hired had some drug, dui, problems at times.
My friend works for a Hauling company in Florida. Business got real slow and they wanted to fire some drivers but if they did without real cause their unemployment insurance would go through the roof.
On a monday after a holiday weekend when the drivers got to work they were directed to an onsight drug testing set-up. Needless to say, there were several let go on the spot with impunity.

it may be funny, especially to those of us who don't know him personally, but i'll concede it's a little tacky and tasteless none the less. i know if it were my friend or relative i'd get a little pissed about people cracking jokes about it. all that said, he is somewhat of a public figure and because of that you have to roll with it. celebs get made fun of all the time for doing stupid s*it. michael jakson and o.j. were great examples to use. whether or not they were guilty didn't matter, the jokes flew fast and furious about thier situations and people laughed.

Anyone know if Durbin is doing time for whatever his part in this was? I know where Tony is at but I haven't heard anything about Eric.

Sorry, I don't know exactly where he is. I just know that he is currently serving which is what I meant when I said that I knew where he was. I'm pretty sure JAM would know where he's at but I have no idea if you're on her good side or her bad side. That will make the difference as to whether she shares the info with you.
