Results or excuses?

Hey guys and gals,

I was just wondering what kind of brush everybody uses to clean their tables?
I see nylon and horsehair. Which one is better? Or, am I over thinking it?

Thanks for the input.

Both nylon and horsehair are equally efficient at moving the dust around the table....I bit the bullet and now use the Simonis X-1, which seems to to a better job of actually picking up the crap off the table.

Others have used a microfiber cloth with good results.

Table still gets vacuumed, pockets and rails wiped down weekly.

microfiber and a small vacuum is what I use.

I know you asked about brushes, but I won't use them.

OK, I'm old school, the table is brushed from the head to the foot . . .

What have I missed in the 20+ years away from the game. What do you do to keep your table clean and why??

Thanx for helping an old guy:D

I use a Shark cordless vacuum with brush attachment.

Every few days I use a little robotic Romba vacuum sweeper. You put it on the table, turn it on, and it randomly runs around a couple hours until the battery runs out. Does a good job. Every couple weeks after the Romba I wipe down the table with a dampened microfiber cloth, then iron the table with the iron set to low. The ironing makes the table play nice and fast, like good, new cloth. This is on Simonis, doesn't hurt from what I can tell.

I use what amounts to a dustbuster on a stick with a small powered brush.
