Table ID

A family was given this table and invited me to look at it to assess what it needs. All I had was my cell phone so the pictures are not too great but perhaps some of you antique experts can ID this monster. It's a 10', 1.5" slate, ball return, 5 bolts per rail. There was an inscription where the name plates used to be that just said "Monarch Custom" and nothing else as far as manufacturer. Hope these photo's help:

Thanks for any help!

Almost got the winning bid on one of these about 4 years ago. One was being sold in Green Bay WI and I was 15 min late and a dollar short! This could be one of more unique designs Brunswick came up with. I've not seen legs like the Chateau's on any other table before.

Keep and Restore! [rather, tell the owner it's worth keeping and restoring... not many of these around, anywhere. Quite rare IMHO.]

Thank you Jay and GC4! Big help and the customer appreciates having an idea of what the table can look like. It will definitely need restoration as the veneers on the legs are gone amongst other dire needs. The slate was really in fantastic shape for a century old table!

Thanks again!
