What do you guys suggest I put in my basement to help my table perform at peak level? I have a 8ft Gandy big G, with simonis 860 about a year old ( the cloth) but somdays the tables rolls great and others its like rolling in mud, what do I do.....also My slate , I can feel the seems, on both ends and I have had this worked on twice and still the same, with plaster and beeswax, ....can you guys please help , I feel like I am taking crazy pills with this thing....I have half a mind to bust it with a brick hammer and burn it in my back yard LOL.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN???????

Basements get stale and DAMP...you probably would do your self a justice and get a dehumidifier....

Amen on the dehumidifier...the seams shouldn't be able to be felt however.

Our table has never been out of the basement.

i agree.....get the largest capacity dehumidifier you can..Menards has them about $200.00...they are digital and will display what the humidity level is...run a hose from it to your floor drain as it will most likely run non stop for a few days.........good luck to ya and keep us posted about the problem.........
