I still didn't measure what mine weighs now. Will do it later.

Ok, it gets complicated, but you’re correct about force. I was thinking Kinetic Energy that is directly proportional to the mass and the square of the velocity. When breaking I’d think it would be more correct to use Kinetic energy than force. Where’s Dr. Dave when you need him

Isn’t it all about energy when we’re talking about the break?

Kinetic energy is the appropriate usage, in this case. Something else to be considered is that the energy needed increases quadratically with speed, meaning a four-fold increase in strength to go twice as fast. There is most definitely a “sweet spot” in terms of cue weight for the vast majority of players.
