I'M CONFUSED (WHICH DOES HAPPEN ALOT) IF THE BUYER IS IN GEORGIA, AND THE SELLER IS IN KENTUCKY, WHY WOULD THERE CUSTOMS FEES?

just look at your fish they are confused too. :p probably just a set fee to cover what is loss when the sale takes place other online businesses over charge for shipping in this fashion.
 
There is no customs charges on these cases. The cases are coming directly from thailand to the customer, thats the reason I thought at first there would be customs charges. But that is taken care of as there is no customs charges associated with these cases. As for shipping it is added into the price of the case and isnt over charged.
