Talk about dead stroke.

Can't believe I hadn't watched this before. I am sure its already on the forums somewhere but if you haven't seen this watch Ronnie O' Sullivan just Fly through a rack.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw8R-Xete0c

If he'd just put the chalk in a pouch or on the rail and chalk with his left hand, instead of putting it in his pocket and chalking with his right hand, he could really develop a good pace.

The last shot... So much power when there're thousands of pounds resting on the high break prize ...and of course he still makes the shot.

Brilliant to watch.

oh come on....those balls are tiny....the table is giant and you have all kinds of room to move around....and they round the pockets to help the ball go in! friggin easy feeble game snooker is! :)

Watching Ronnie during that run it almost seemed like he was angry?, or had a real hatred for the other guy? and an absolute assurance in his own abilities to never miss. Almost daring himself to miss on the last shot.....I'd LOVE to know what was going thru his head during that run.

I think he wanted a maximum,,and when he had to shoot the blue ball,,it was over. After that his attitude changed and just started firing balls in. Probably thinking ,,why he had to go that route.
And probably thinking he messed up. lol

The last time I played on a snooker table,,I found it very difficult to make a ball,,period. No matter how close it is to the pocket!!! lol Seems impossible to me to be able to run a rack like this. But the table I was on had extremely tight pockets. Could not touch the rail or it would not go in .

Snooker blows my mind regardless, but the SPEED at witch he was draining those shots... dead center of the pocket and with perfect shape. Man.. I'm sure almost all of you know this but for those who don't, a regulation snooker table is 12 ft x 6 ft. Almost every shot is like shooting from one end of a bar box to the other end. Then factor in the rounded, TINY pockets.. just unbelievable.

Ronnie's always been my favorite player -- even with the new sheriff in town, Judd Trump.

No player -- even Judd -- have that innate ability like Ronnies does, where if they want to kick your *ss, they can just flip a switch and you're helpless except to watch it happen.

One of a kind, that's for sure!

I wanted to post the same video here about a week ago, but didn't.

It's amazing. I don't think many US people realize how amazing it is, because most of them don't have a real idea how difficult this exactly is, since snooker is not that common for them. Every shot is a hard shot, no such thing as getting down and 1-stroking a ball like we do in pool, sometimes. If you just get down and one-stroke in snooker, a miss is almost guaranteed unless the ball is really hanging in the pocket.

Not to mention the fact that the score is 4-4, race to 6.
I play some snooker from time to time, since I get free table time for fixing cues for the local club. My highest break is 39, and even that was very difficult for me.

I made a break of 29 today, and I think that was equivalent to running 2 racks of 9-ball on a 9 foot table. Had to make 2 difficult semi-long pots, some little cannons, half-inch perfect positional shots.

Snooker is really difficult, and there is noone better at making it look easy than Ronnie. A freaking treasure to the game of snooker.

Man I wish there was a snooker table around me... Actually on that note. Does anyone know of a snooker table around the cincinnati area?

He (ronnie) almost shoots snooker like a Pool player would (if we could).
I watched a few of Hendry's vids last night, Just watching him gets me in stroke.
Ronnies O's more exciting to watch but Hendry is still my favorite.
