Any AZR's playin' in the TAP leagues? Hope I'm not insulting anyone but I'm curious to find any opinions and comparisons to the APA or the BCA.I'd also like to know if there are any TAP 7 rated players here and how it compares to an APA top rating [whatever that is]. Don

I have played in TAP leagues before...a few years ago...I quit playing leagues all together. However, TAP was the best league I have ever played in. I loved the rules and thought it was well organized. However, it all depends on your local league operators with ANY league. The APA sucks where I come from in Western Kentucky. The only drawback with TAP is the scorekeeping.

The new handicap system is supposed to be better than ever too.

Yeah, Gotta pay attention!! Tough!

I have played in it... not a big fan. I guess it was the best of the local options (tap or apa). Yes, there are 7's.

I played in TAP a couple of years ago.
I found it to be heaven for sandbaggers.
There were players who were sl-7's in the APA, playing as sl-4's in TAP.
One guy had a record of 13-0 and never budged from an sl-4, because he manipulated his innings.
If you are going to play in a handicapped league, I would take the APA any day.
One session in TAP was enough for me. They have serious problems wih their handicapping system.

TAP in Georgia

I like tap here much better than APA .TAP here in georgia
has better players who are serious about pool .APA seems more
social . I like both but if one disapeared from where I play I would
want it to be APA :D
