Now that the TAR Studio is up and running I am focusing on getting the TAR store going again. We have the new TAR 20 DVD's, new TAR logo hats and old school patches in stock and shipping now.

Our shipping in the past has been terrible for a few different reasons and one of the purposes of creating the TAR studio was to have a place where everything is one place, inventoried and ready to go as the orders come in. I am here every day and do not have any trips coming up until the end of September so there wont be any of the issues we had in the past with shipping.

I closed the store early this year and went through and refunded any open orders I found. I'm sure somewhere between now and then I have missed some. If I owe you something, you made an order and didnt get anything or any other problem please PM me here, post in the thread or contact me at justin(at) theactionreport.com and I will get whatever the issue is handled to the best of my ability.

Shipping has always been something we suck at. It is my goal to make it one of TAR's strong points. If there are any questions, flames or complaints please post them up and lets get it sorted out. Thanks to everyone for all of their past support and business. I hope to win back anyone we have pissed off in the past.

you hade made a comment about the quality of the tar 20 dvd set.
How did it come out?
What should we expect?
I have to wonder about the quality if it is discounted $40.00 from the original advertized price.

Here is a full resolution screen capture of the issue I am talking about:

Some people I have shown the dvd's to do not notice anything until I say something others notice that 2 cams are not as clear as the third. No one has said it would stop them from watching it. Several people told me not to discount it but I know its there and it makes me nuts so I am making sure everyone knows what the deal is up front.

If you are concerned after seeing the screen capture I would say its probably not for you.

Thanks for the interest in it and I would like your opinion after seeing the capture.

Looks fine. After TAR 20, you came to my house and we played it on my 42" and it looked great.

As I restock the older matches I will post them up here. Probably only going to do a few of them. Efren/SVB will certainly be one of them. TAR 17 and all the Alex/ SVB stuff as well.
