I must say that I haven't always liked the gembeling side of pool until you came around. this interview showes a way diffrent side of Chris and a bit of inside on the gambling players vs the exclusive tournamnet players. Cheers to you for making this happen and putting this all togeather.

I just wish that corprate America can see the good in some of these pool players, and know that they all aren't drug addict, hustlers. Chris showed real professionalisim in this interview and I think it is one of the best pool interviews I have seen in a while.

Good things to you Justin at TAR and it is guys like you that keep griding, that should be millionaires.

The interviews were great and a nice touch before we see the match. Interviews before action matches are a must. The better the interviews the more ppv will be sold IMO. Johnnyt

:thumbup: Really enjoyed seeing this side of Dippy, but he cost me a few thousand last week. I hadn't hit a ball in well over a year and decided I better get in action in case I get qualified by David, lost quite a bit to a guy who has never beaten me over the last 30 years. I'm 66 now, and probably losing the few skills I once had and that's not easy to admit to yourself or anyone else.
 
at 18 minutes Chris sums it up well in pool, $200,000 spent by players to win $60,000-It dont add up. Arena pool is the future, the guys who cant gamble will have to get jobs.

IF we are ever able to capture anything like this then billiards will have arrived in the modern age as the revered endeavor that it ought to be seen as.

And they said they were sorry and this would not happen again. How can they say that? We're talking about pool players. They're never going to do what you expect them to do in a money match. That's one of the things that makes it exciting.

I remember running over to a pool hall in Reno (Keystone) because Efren and Bucktooth were going to play and by the time I got there, the match was cancelled.

It wont happen again without one side forfeiting a decent amount of money. That much I can guarantee.

Dippy went above and beyond and squared me away on the money I had put out for hotels and other expenses. More than few people would of chalked it up to bad luck and went on down the line. Dippy didn't do that. He stood up and did what he could to help.
