Honestly I feel like I am getting hosed due to something outside my control but I do not know what else to do besides give away an entire day for one match.

In the future there will be a written disclaimer policy about things outside my control. I have given away two days of content depending on what package people bought. This situation is a good lesson for using by the day only pricing in the future.

I see your bullshit response, and raise that you are directly responsible for bonus ball failing, the crappy image of pool, the lack of professionalism in the industry, and any other random statement I make without any knowledge or expertise.

I wouldn't worry about it, you can't help the way you are...it's more than likely someone else's fault that you act the way you do....right?

Ya know what, this is how screwed this industry is. I was on my way out of Madison, WI heading to my last install, then back to the factory...when I was faced with a decision to be made. Do I continue on back to the factory...and more than likely not have the time to help out a customer in Menlo, IA with his Diamond 9ft Smart Table...and let him down, or should I detour to his house before I head back to the factory?...Well, since I didn't want to miss out on fixing up Richard Edward's Diamond, I made the choice to drive 350 miles in the opposite direction to get to his house so I wouldn't miss out on helping him fix up his table....now, keep in mind that's a total of 700 miles out of my way round trip...no extra charge for mileage keep that in mind, as well as the price of Diesel and the fact that my truck gets 7.5MPG:eek:...but, what the hell...if I didn't go now...I'd more than likely never get the chance again....so, I backtracked to his house. I let my last customer Troy know about what I had decided to do, and that he'd be delayed just a little longer in getting his NEW Diamond 9ft ProAm with a steel plate joined slate...downstairs install and all..."I left the factory on this delivery run" May 28th...so Troy's table has been riding around with me since then:)....oh, what the hell....I don't even know why I'm telling you all this for in the first place, because people like MahnaMahna have it all figured out....I'm responsible for the downfall of this sport right??:grin:...what a joke...even you tried to hire me at one time in the past to come and fix up YOUR pool table....LMAO...good luck with that one:grin:

And no, I never did try to hire you. Back when I was fairly new here and had just bought a table, I had a question, sent you a PM, you called me and we talked about it. Since then, I have read enough of your garbage to recognize that it was a blessing that I didn't hire you, that was several years ago and I may still have a table with no rails!

EDIT: And after reading your post again, please explain to me how a single thing you wrote shows how ****ed up the industry is? All I see is individual problems you created for yourself.

Its called a "Act of God" clause, and yes you should have one in your terms and conditions, if you need any help with that please let me know. I'd glad to assist you.

I bought the entire match and didn't get the final. Either give me a refund or a credit or better yest access to watch the final when it's up. I don't care about the 10 ball. I wrote an e-mail and got no response so I am out here alone with no answer. I buy every one pocket match and will be very, very leary to buy again.

i agree he is, I like him lots we get in the occasional argument but nothing that comes between us. now that TAR is growing and becomming a more formal business(to a extent) he does need a terms and Conditions disclosure to cover him. He has always been super fair with everyone and to take advantage of him aint right.,

As stated here and on the facebook link I have posted numerous places all you have to do is send me your username to justin@theactionreport.com and I will authorize it for all of today for free. It is all I have been doing since 9 AM today.

Send me an email I will get you access and refund all four days of your purchase if that will make you happy.

Edit: I have responded to every single email received at justin@theactionreport.com . If that is not working for you simply post your username only for the PPV here and I can authorize it.

See, that's where you've gone and gotten stupid...I don't have any problems, but it's clear you do. I work on pool tables...I don't hold the world up with one mighty hand...and go around thumping on a bible preaching the word of God. I've been working on pool tables since September 1983...in case you can't figure it out...that's a long damn time. I've built several very suscessful business...only to give them away for nothing in return, because I get bored with them. However, I never get bored working on pool tables, so nothing you can say is going to bring me down, I'm to damn good at what I do for someone like you to even think you can tell me what I'm doing wrong in MY daily business. And don't worry, I won't run out of customers anytime soon, just because of people like you:rolleyes:....but this thread isn't about ME....now is it? or are you that much of an idiot that you can't see that by reading the first post?

Im in the same boat i just wanted to see the last two matches of one pocket and thats it but it didnt happen, next time ill either buy the whole stream or none of it. or probably just wait for the download. definitely sucks when you plan your day on a match and it doesnt happen but at the same time im sure the delay from the power outage was way worse!

From now on im sticking to the downloads its just easier and i dont have to stay up crazy late with the time diffrence which is everytime TAR has a match.

Complaining about it wont help anything tho its better off to just figure out what works for you and go with it. TAR does a good job in a area that they pioneered basically its still in the begining and they have alot to learn but with what they have done so far you have to applaud them.
 
I completely do not get the *****ing... Justin said send him an e-mail with your user name and he will turn on today's stream for you... YOU get 10 BALL (Today) and the finals! did anyone actually read the f'n thread!

Prior to the thread I sent him and e-mail asking if I need to pay for today... since a final would be worth the $12 WHOLE DOLLARS but no he gave me access because I had paid for Friday/Sat 1 Pocket...

Thank you Justin... very much appreciated... even though he and I have had disagreements he has NEVER not made it right..... I respect that...

oh... and if the game went to long and you could not stay up... MAYBE you are to old EVEN for 1 pocket LOL :wink:
