HERE ARE SOME PICTURES I TOOK THIS AFTERNOON. I'M EXPECTING ANOTHER CUE ON THURSDAY, BUT WON'T HAVE TIME AGAIN FOR AWHILE TO TAKE GROUP PICS. I'LL POST PICS OF THE OTHER NEW CUE WHEN I GET IT. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

P.S. JEFF, YOU NEED TO COME TO VALLEY FORGE TO TAKE SOME GOOD PICS FOR ME.

Your collection is really coming along very well.
Love the cues...Thanks for posting the awesome pictures.

On the upper picture:

- I really like the 4th cue from the right. Of course, it's an old fashioned look, and I like the fact that he wasn't afraid to make a short buttcap.

- The 5th one from the right is hot too.

- I like the one on the far right, the next best thing to a Balabushka

- I like the 7th from the left - what kind of wood is that butt?

- the second from the left I like a lot too. It looks like a conversion cue. Does Tascarella build conversions and if so, what was this cue originally?

REAL nice litter. Not a runt amongst em. Very hard to select the "PICK." A number of them could go "best in show". For many, many years all of T's cues, like George's, were conversion cues. I don't know if that's still the case.:)

Stunning collection, Marcus.

Saayyyy, that 5th one from the left looks familiar . . . . I don't suppose the trade value of it has dropped lately, has it? :p

CHRIS,

THANKS FOR THE KIND WORDS. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. THE 7TH FROM THE LEFT HAS MAPLE BURL POINTS AND BUTT SLEEVE(ONE OF 3 OR 4 MAPLE INTO MAPLE CUES PETE HAS DONE) THE SECOND CUE FROM THE LEFT IS A JUMP BREAK CUE WITH A MAPLE HANDLE. I WAS TOLD THAT ONE WAS MADE FROM A HELMSTETTER BLANK. AND THE 5TH FROM THE RIGHT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES THE GONCALO ALVES IN THE FOREARM HAS AMAZING FIGURE TO IT. AND THE ONE ON THE FAR RIGHT IS MY FAVORITE.

THANKS FOR THE KIND WORDS ABOUT THE CUES. DO YOU KNOW PETE PERSONALLY? I WAS GOING TO ASK ON THE OTHER THREAD ABOUT JR'S CUE BUT I FORGOT. THANKS FOR VERIFYING THAT THE IVORY JOINTED CUE WAS PETE JR'S. I TRUSTED THE GENTLEMAN I BOUGHT IT FROM BUT IT'S NOT TO HEAR IT FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

Beautiful collection of Tascarella'.
I currently have just the one. See attached. It is of course full splice Rosewood, and I love the hit of the Ivory piloted joint. I haven't experienced Pete's SS Joint, but hear they are great too. See yas!
