Sounds really nice. Word of warning, they often start early so be prepared financially.

You can`t go wrong with the Pete`s, Sr or Jr
I`ve hit with both makers & very impressed with there work.
I`m sure you will be more then happy with your cue Chris.
I know, I wish I still had my old Tascarella playing cue.
Sounds like a beauty of a cue. Please share your pics, when its finished.

Sounds like it'll be a nice cue. I know 6 months can't go by quickly enough for me.

Happy New Year Nick, hope you and yours had a nice and safe holiday.

I have found that I like Irish Linen the best followed by Leather and Wrapless last. But I can play with any of the three, I just think I am more consistent with Irish Linen and Leather.

Take Care

I think I like them situationally. Overall I prefer a wooden handle the most but if it gets hot and humid that can be an issue. Linen is best for that.

I think Linen and Leather are comparable playing wise. A lot depends on the quality of each. A lot of modern linens are just awful feeling. In terms of Tascarella linen it is really fantastic though.

I think I tend to grip leather the firmest then linen and then wood.

Overall I would probably go wood-linen-leather. But really they are all really close. T

Hay guys. I was thinking more about the way steel insert joint moves the ball. I no longer have this one. Nice set up.
