The one-day auction has to throw up a red flag to potential buyers! Who in their right mind would sell either of those cues in a one-day auction with no reserve?
 
yeah.. i postedabout that cue a couple of days ago in the Cue Gallery forum section... Fastandloose has not replied as of yet..

you need to be a preapproved bidder.. so i emailed the guy to see how become a preapproved bidder and i got an email from the Ebay Safe Harbor team about fraud or something.. its deffinatly a scam..

I reported the son-of-a-b... should be pulled soon. I also e-mailed the guy to see if I could get an address...
 
I got an e-mail reply already! They will stop the auction for $1100 US money! So I replied: "SOLD!" And asked for an address for sending the money...

Here is the response I got after asking for more photos:

"You are talking with a serious ebay member with 100% positive feedback !!

I will not make thid hapen for you ..,,i don`t have time for those thinks ..with pics and name and other thinks... if you want to have a deal,you will send the payment and you will receive your item.

I tried to let him rip me off, but I guess he did not want to corncob me today.

I asked him to send his address and phone number and a photo of the cue next to a paper showing his name and he ducked the sale, so the cue Nazi stepped in: "NO CUE FOR YOU!!"

So some other lucky guy can send this scammer their money.

I myself also seen this auction and thought it was crazy. The guy sent me some pics back and believe it or not, exactly same cue as Marcus. Guess Pete did make 2 of those cues, LoL. Now the guy said he doesnt have any more pics of the cue (I wonder why). Anyways, an email reply that he sent back after we argued back and fourth, LoL.....
