I just picked up this Josswest with similar inlays, no veneers
It's almost 1.30

Haven't seen a lot of Josswest's with inlays and no veneers unless it was like an
ebony / ivory cue or something with ivory points or recuts.
Inlays with no veneers reminds me of something like a Scruggs cue.
