OLD TASCARELLA, HAVE A LETTER FROM PETE THAT STATES, ALOT OF THE PARTS ARE FROM BALABUSHKAS STOCK. THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD, IS ALSO THE SAME AS GEORGES. LETTER STATES THAT WHEN THE CUE IS XRAY, IT LOOKS TO BE A BALABUSHKA. ROSEWOOD FOREARM AND BUTSLEEVE. WITH 8 SETS OF MAPLE,BLACK,MAPLE VENEERS. ORIGINAL LEATHER WRAP, AND THE SEAM IS STILL TIGHT.

P.S. IT PLAYS LIGHTS OUT.

I HAVE RADAR FOR THEM, ACTUALLY I JUST GET LUCKY AND PEOPLE CONTACT ME.

MAYBE I CAN TAKE YOUR TWO OFF YOUR HANDS...........THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CATCHING UP:D :D :D

OR YOU CAN BUY THE ONE I HAVE FOR SALE IN THE FOR SALE SECTION, AND THAT WILL GET YOU ONE CLOSER.

actually.. if he buys the one you have for sale.. that would be like a three cue swing.. he would gain one and you would be one less...

YES IT WOULD BE LIKE A THREE CUE SWING, BUT I HAVE ANOTHER THAT WILL BE HERE TUESDAY...........EVENTUALLY I'LL HAVE THEM ALL. LOL

THANKS FOR THE NICE WORDS ABOUT THE CUE. IT IS CERTAINLY DIFFERENT, THERE IS ONLY ONE OTHER FROM PETE THAT I KNOW OF WITH THIS STYLE. THEIR MAY BE MORE BUT IT'S CERTAINLY NOT SOMETHING YOU SEE ALL THE TIME.
 
OK, Marcus, I have to admit that I drooled over this one.

What year was that cue made? It has a very quiet but deadly old school design and is just begging to hit balls...

Can't believe the previous owner sold it.

AN EXCERPT FROM THE AUTHENTICATION LETTER I HAVE FOR THE CUE,


"MR. SO AND SO,
THE BELOW DESCRIBED CUE IS A TASCARELLA THAT WAS BUILT IN THE LATE 70'S. MOST OF THE MATERIALS USED IN THIS CUE WERE ORIGINAL BALABUSHKA PARTS THAT WERE IN HIS SHOP WHEN I OBTAINED IT IN 1976. THE X-RAYS ARE MISLEADING BECAUSE OF THE PARTS, AND INTERNAL LAYOUT OF THE CUE."

I WISH MY PICS WERE BETTER. THE RINGS IN PERSON REALLY JUMP OUT AT YOU. I WASN'T SURE HOW WELL THE CUE WAS GOING TO FLOW UNTIL I GOT IT IN MY HANDS, AND I DEFINATELY WASN'T DISAPPOINTED.
 
I saw the title to this thread and I thought you had a new addition that I might be able to borrow when I felt like kicking back some suds. Imagine my disappointment when I had to look at this.:D

YEAH, I EVEN WAITED ON THIS ONE LONGER THAN THE BUTTERFLY CUE. HOW SCARY IS THAT
