Tax problems at SBE

I understand that NJ is wanting tax from all the sales at SBE from the last 2 years! They want receipts from sales and tax some vendors have web sites listing prices and some are from foreign countries which is another can of worms! $10k may just be a start!

So... the tax man just comes around and demands an arbitrary number or tosses you in jail and demolishes your company if you cant afford to bribe them?

Just want to be clear here. We are talking about state taxes on stuff that is sold in NJ on the days of the event at the event, correct?

The situation has been handled, anyone who needed to be concerned has already done all that was required of them.

I don't see the need to start rumors or unrest?

Almost every state in the country has sales tax, and businesses are required to charge it, collect it, and remit to the state. This is not a secret to anyone that I am aware of.
