Terry Ardano to have major back surgery on the 19th

just a reminder . . .

It looks like they won't be whittling on Terry until the 8th after the virus or whatever he caught caused them to have to reschedule. Don't forget about our friend but he probably hasn't had the surgery yet. They rarely move things back up.

Terry Ardeno is one of the most unique individuals I have never met.

It is unusual that I would consider Terry a close friend since we have never met but I do and I will say a prayer for his successful upcoming surgery and quick recovery. I've been told he has that affect on many people. Maybe it has something to do with his faith but he is the most genuine person I have never met.

Since this surgery will mean that he cannot go back to his regular job as a police officer, maybe I will then be able to see him at different pool tournaments around the country in the future. I'm sure our paths will cross in the future.

You mean all this time, I've been friends with a COP?:grin::grin:

Only on AZBilliards could "stoner dude" and "cop dude" actually like and respect one another....;)

Wish you the best, Terry!!!

Michael

PS-You really should look into getting a laptop, I'm sure AZer's would be willing to pitch in if necessary, just to be able to read your posts again.

I'm broke as a joke, but I'm good for $20, to get it started....

Hey, don't forget "biker dude"

talked to Terry a few minutes ago

Terry sends everyone his thanks and his love. (A manly man, he is comfortable saying that!)

He has beaten the bug that made them postpone the surgery and is scheduled to be whittled on April eighth now I believe. (He said March but I am pretty sure that was wrong, April or May for sure!)

His spirits are excellent and he is just waiting for things to happen. They liked his blood so much that they made him give another pint today and he did that and the pre-op once again so I do assume April eighth is the cut date.

Lenny told me that too. Minor detail though, I didn't make that cue!

Thanks, Hu.

Terry, we'll keep you in our prayers. You just get through the surgery without giving them too much trouble and get back up and running, again. (Were you running, before?)

Best wishes for a very speedy recovery!
