The whole story is that it was a rough set and one I didn't feel good about. He played a little off and some things went my way. I was fortunate to take that one, and winning definitely takes the sting out of some patchy play.

Unfortunately playing tight won't hold up long. Two rounds later I got eliminated tied for 25th, min cash.

But having the support of some good friends rooting me on is awesome. Thank you Kevin!

Morra was on fire, he ran several racks and kept SVB in the chair.

SVB was going for the sweep, trying to win the 1pkt and the 9 ball, but fell short, taking 5th place in the 9 ball open.

He went undefeated through a very tough field to take the title.
