It was actually Sat. night that I got plastered. I ended up passing out at IHOP!?!:o


But I cant wait till this tournament. This will be my tenth in arow! I think I have cashed once or maybe twice. Always a great tournament.

If they don't already have special room rates, GCue usually arranges something with the Marriott and the Days Inn. The Days Inn is almost in the same parking lot as GCue but on the opposite side of the shopping center but obviously the Marriott (which is down the street) is nicer and a little more expensive.

I highly recommend the Marriott Cris mentioned above!! Melinda and I stayed there for the Fast Eddie's Round Rock event and it was fabulous! The service was fantastic and the rooms were very nice! They have a 24hr Fitness room AND a pool that is open til around 11pm I believe! It is VERY convenient to GCue's!

I give the Marriott a TOTAL :thumbup: and to be perfectly honest - I wanted to do the :happydance: when I got in bed that night! SO COMFY!! Hehe!!!

I'll have something done with the Candlewood in the next couple of days as well. This is a really nice place with lots of extras too.

This is a great tournament every year. GCue takes out tables and adds bleachers to fit more spectators. The tables are in the process of getting new felt to they will be ready and play great for the tournament.

Something new this year is a Pro-Am golf tournament. Each year several pros attend this event so this year will we be hosting a golf tournament the day before the event starts as an added opportunity to meet and hang out with the players while they are in town.

This tournament is expected to fill up so register early!
