Great work James. This cue is absolutely beautiful. Great, Great job!!!!
James, You probably better bring some order forms, I'll buy some tickets but once my wife sees this I don't believe she'll want to leave without it. I know lots of folks who have played in the Texas Open but this will be my first and I am really looking forward to the event. :yeah:

B-e-a-utiful

Wow James that cue is simply beautiful. Wish I could afford it outright. But since I can't, I will buy some raffle tickets even though I can't make the Texas Open. How much are the raffle tickets and I will give my money to Amanda L. and have her purchase some for me?

Again, awesome job. If I don't win, when I can afford a new cue, I am coming to you....

Bump for my man Hanshew. I was out at his place when that leather wrap was installed. He does quality work and its truly done by hand so to me that adds a little something to it. Just wait till you see it up close and personal, its truly stunning.

im rooting for sylver to defend the title.

btw all of u suck. Yall get to go and i cant. Ive gotta choose between earl and johhnys pool school or the texas open.
Impossible choice i know, but i cant pass up the chance to meet earl in person and c if he really is crazy. :)

If any of you saw him play at the last TX Open, you would have no doubt he will defend his title this year. He was flawless.

Yall are too kind........thanks so much for all the kind words........ as to the raffle tickets they will be at GQ's but im not sure how much yet.....thanks again

me and couple friends are planning to go watch some great matches during the weekend... been there last year, had great time.
my only and biggest concern would be the SUPER SMOKEY AIR..

hope they got some strong air savers for this particular event...

or .. non-smoke TX open would be fantasitic!! seriously

The smoke situation has been discussed. I doubt a smoke free event is coming in Texas in the near future.

Yeah, the smoke has kept me away from the pool halls for a while now. I have to agree with Lewis. It's been discussed before & it ain't gonna happen any time soon.

One temp. solution is I beg you all smokers be a bit more considerate during the TX Open. Try to smoke outside if possible.

One other thing I'd like to suggest is, if all possible, I like to stay to see the matches on Monday end before midnight. Last year was a tough one.

Our goal is to be done by ABOUT 7:00PM on Monday. Last year was a lesson learned and tough on all of us. We learn something iwth every event, or should.

The smoking I can't do anything about. Make me KING and I would change lot's of things. But, it ain't going to happen and probably for good reason.

You will never hear me complain! I have played in smokey halls all my life. I even smoked for several years. My preference is smoke free, that's all.

Ray

ps. Lewis, you are KING! LOL

ok........ heard back from GQ's...........the raffle tickets will be $5.00 apiece........three for $10.00..........8 for $20.............or 100 for $100...........pictures of the cue are on pages 6 and 7.

I'm buying some raffle tickets for the BEAUTIFUL cue

Thanks you for the ticket price info. I will be buying some tickets and hoping and praying that I win it.

But because Murphy is on my backside at times, can you PM me with what the price is for this cue, so I can save up my coins to get one just like the one shown in the pictures.

That's a 1 of 1 Baaaayyybee!! You can get one similar but not the same.

It even has the date and event on the signature!
