if you guys are going to do this, I would strongly urge that you notify Gerri and bob@skinnybobs by noon Thursday as that is the deadline set. Not meant to be pushy, just gets all bases covered.

I guess I bran Farted once again. I would have sworn we began at 11 am last year, but i have been wrong before.
The brackets will be posted right after the auction and the opening round matches or 10 am matches will be revealed.
It will be up to the player to find out when that match is because I will shut my phone off when I try and get some precious sleep. My suggestion is to be at the players meeting or there at 10 am.

now i need 16 players for the Ring Game on Friday. Ray is doing that for free and we want to be sure to work his ass off for free.

Good questions.
I will leave it to the players, but would suggest with 8 to pay two places and something like a 65/35 split. With 3 i would suggest 3 places with a similar 5q0/30/20 split.
i want to begin at 1 pm or as closely as possible in order to be done about 7-8 pm.

for future reference, do you require that the player be present on friday for the auction in order to be eligible to play on saturday?

I think it is allowed, since I heard the organizer mention folks possibly selling their spot. I don't think the director cares, no reason to really, since anyone could join if there are spots open. :)

I wouldn't mind buying a spot...just to participate. PM me if you want to sell yours at the original price.

i would like to make that mandatory but we have not done so yet. So the answer is no. One does not have to be present.

What is supposed to be the final list is being put together as I type this and I believe no more changes will be allowed.
it has been a tedious undertaking she is very pooped out.
