Ordered some JPs for my cues and man was I in for some surprise!
As always the JPs turned out lovely, JPs were real simple and meant for some Sugartrees and a Southwest.
Initially i was thinking about ordering simple Maple JPs for the southwest and Jim surprised me with this Red Wood Burl....i would never have thought of using this wood but he got it right that. It went well with the brownish red phenolic joint that was on my SW. It's impossible to photograph how pretty the redwood burl is. Can imagine how sick it'd look as a cue...hmmm...
Lastly a huge thank you to Jim for the wonderful gift! Absolutely love the chalker.
