Many thanks to etimmons who has graciously offered to bring 2 table lights to the DCC 2007. Hopefully, these lights will allow our AZB room to have 2 tables (still working on details), and a more communal atmosphere than would have been possible with 2 separate rooms (the big light truss we had this year takes up too much room to allow 2 tables).

We are starting to hammer out more of the AZB room details and will start to announce things in October. Remember to get in on the raffle, there are LOTS of great prizes. I will feel uncomfortable if I win them all (or if breakup wins ANY of them).

YES!! Thanks to etimmons, WBM, Steve Lomako, & Greg Sullivan. ;)

There are SOOOOO many people that have contributed in some way shape or form to make this room happen.

I'd like to think that we've been able to live up to the vision that OHB had for this room. It'll be bigger and better than last yr. I do wish he could be there to enjoy it with us. :(

Just a note to let you know (I've already e-mailed etimmons) that the lights will not be necessary. Greg told me that the hotel insists that only he can do the tables and lights - and he said that he will take care of getting 2 tables and lights in our room.

Thanks to etimmons for the offer, and thanks to Greg Sullivan for taking the time to make sure the AZB room will be great.

Is the room going to be the same one as last year? If so how are they going to be able to fit 2 tables in or are we going to have 2 rooms side by side?

B-man,
Same room, 2 tables, lights suspended from ceiling (no truss like last year - making room for 2 tables).

I understand you also had the smoke generator and mirrors moved to another location for the raffle drawings making even more room for two tables. Good thinking Willie!
