I would still say the best breaker..is the Prince of Pool. He reads the rack like no one else.
He has broken many predator BK2 cues, and for this reason he break with Mezz ( last time I met him )

Power, control, and fluidity! Unlike other power breakers, Evgeny doesn't look like a machine about to fly apart (where if you were standing too close, you'd get a cotter pin in the eye).
