Jeff De Luna. Bustie? It's amazing how these small Pinoys can generate that much power. It must be technique? It's sort of overrated.

I would still say the best breaker..is the Prince of Pool. He reads the rack like no one else.
 
Wow that is quite a break. Looks like both feet come off the floor, but he's still accurate.

Power, control, and fluidity! Unlike other power breakers, Evgeny doesn't look like a machine about to fly apart (where if you were standing too close, you'd get a cotter pin in the eye).

I think SVB can break as hard as anyone else but I think he's realized its better not to kill em, hes got the controlled break down pat, especially in 10 ball.

I agree with Sean, Evgeny has the hardest break for sure ( I don't know about the cueball controll, I think other players have better controll). His game is decent too lol
Also De Luna's break tecnique looks a bit silly.
 
I am surprised nobody has mentioned Charlie Bryant. I could have sworn he hit a break at around 35mph. That is just mind boggling to me. Would like to hear his thoughts on the subject.
