The Cue Club and Best Billiards -- A Brief Tale of Two Las Vegas Pool Rooms

un happy customers sure help pool rooms close. it is up to the owner to make sure all the little details of a place are in order. if the food comes out too slow speed it up or tell people that when they order. if the sign says day rate and the day rate isnt in effect take it down. if you have to ask first to get it before you play then post that clearly.

it is also the owners responsibility to have his counter person follow his policies as this person is his representative and sometimes will determine the future of his business.

All your suggestions make too much sense, mama.

Actually, other than this minor hiccup at the counter, I don't have a problem with the CC. I've been in far worse.

Back with my report ...

i'm afraid to say, i've heard best billiards is closing on friday, such a shame as it's a great room

I visited Best Billiards today and the gal behind the counter said they're staying open - just chalked it up to being a false rumor.

Hmmm, this Green Room has me intrigued tho. Must put that on my next time Bucket List. I know they probably don't allow singles in
but I can pay a cover and watch. I'm a sick puppy, I know.

I think you mean the "Green Door" unless they changed their name?
Singles are allowed in.............
