Just watched this latest episode on my DVR ... I thought it was the best yet. I hope they get renewed. There was more pool and less BS, except for the Voo doo part. :thumbup:

YOU may think that is good but america long ago rejected plain pool. Too much pool and not enough BS is the problem at the moment imo. I like it and you like it but we are NOT who counts.

These are the pockets to the table they were playing on...it's actually ment only for 1 hole...

Unreal. And I thought my 4 1/4 " corners were tight...They are buckets in comparison.

This episode also broke ground in that pocket sized were finally discussed as part of the match. they have also played on a tight table at Steinway in a few matches on prior episodes, but the pocket sized were not discussed with Jenn and Mike missing shots uncharacteristically (the tight pockets explain it).

Those are typical of the pockets at Castle. I used to play APA league there, and that was from a shot that hung two balls into the pocket.

The table they were playing on was the only one open because it was extremely tight. Jarrod was showing how the corners were not wide enough to accept two balls. The corners were less than 4" from what it appeared to be-a lot less than two balls width.

The table you photographed can fit two inside, so it's 4.5" just like a diamond table. Mike and Jarrod would've had no problem with those pockets.

Maybe a castle billiards regular can come on here to give us a table number and measurements? They were on the toughest table in the house. Ctyhntr?

Yeah Uhh Huuhh cuz theres so much going on promoting pool to the masses. Oh thats right, there isnt. But hey if the show went away you could go back to ummm playing straight pool. Awesome!:thumbup:

I haven't watched it because I figured it would be fake with people following a pre ordained story line. Am I wrong?
