I asked in chat, but I'll post it here.
Do the sponsorship ads in the upper right have to run constantly?
They take away from the playing and the eye wants to leave the playing surface.
There are 21 ads.
I appreciate the stream, just a question.
Rather than reading through this entire thread, is there a prize, bonus, or something each player gets for hitting any particular number? Or is it a straight attempt to break the 626 record? Any prize or money for that ?
For your convenience I’ll make a exception and go ahead and arrange a ACH credit to your checking account directly from the Corporate account here in Beverly Hills.Wait! Neither of those is good! Here is my bank account info, send it now!![]()

Yes, exactly. I don't think Earl has any lack of knowledge, concerning 14.1. He just has one way to go at it, his way.as i watch earl play 14.1, all i can hear is sinatra- i did it my way

Never said hitting closer to center produced more spin, what I said was when playing left or right outside spin its easier to get better results because the tip has more ball contact to induce spin. All you have to do is miscue with a 14 or 15 tip. mm tip, then compare the tip to a 13 mmMy explanation is called 'physics' and hitting closer to center always produces less spin, not more. Larger diameter shafts don't increase contact area. More contact area probably doesn't equate to more spin.
Hmmmm, and this is how you play patterns to run 480 ball, not impressed. Has Earl broke the 200 limit yet?Not seeing much in the way of insurance balls or managing balls when going into clusters. When he has no shot or something else gets tied up, he thinks it’s a bad roll. It’s not.
End patterns are pretty bad. And as of right now he’s really frustrated and should probably take a break.
And yet, he keeps running balls. But I don’t see how you get over 200 or 250ish like that.
He also keeps complaining about the table but has shot balls like into the first diamond that still went in.
So in other words, at least $20The only info on prizes is that the money is substantial enough to get the players to play.
I don’t get much spin on the miscues. I’ll go try again.Never said hitting closer to center produced more spin, what I said was when playing left or right outside spin its easier to get better results because the tip has more ball contact to induce spin. That’s intuitive but not the case - the size of the tip/ball contact area depends on how much the tip compresses during contact - i.e., how soft it is.…the [wider] tip has more ball contact to induce spin.
Smaller tip is more inclined to miscues the further off center you go, where as a wider tip still covers quite a bit of the ball when off center. The point about the misscue is to take a look at the tip miscue mark, the area size of it on a 13mm vs a 14, or even 15mm tip. That shows you how much tip contact was on the ball at the tim of the miscue. Its greater on a 14mm vs a 13mm. I can't stand these carbon fiber shafts today, would never own one. That’s intuitive but not the case - the size of the tip/ball contact area depends on how much the tip compresses during contact - i.e., how soft it is.
I’m pretty sure more contact area wouldn’t increase spin anyway (unless a tip with less contact area slips on the ball, which isn’t normally the case).

Dewalt.lolDoes anyone know the brand of vacuum cleaner the venue uses?
By any chance is it a "Shark" brand vacuum?
