The one and only... GTB "George - Tascarella - Balabushka".. the ultimate tribute v.1

That has to be the stupidest saying ever lol. Who's gonna buy something without asking the price?

You, having had top makers work ie. Dennis's, should know that phrase makes a lot of sense considering I'm sure Joe/Mark are being bombarded with questions and offers...:)

Also, it was a bit of sarcasm to my freind... :)

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS...........
.........
its amazing to me that pete would have those unfinished cues sit all these years without touching them
i would have thought he would have used them first when he was starting....
would be interesting to know why they were never touched until now
wish i could afford that cue

wow....

.....I had a chance to see and handle the cue this evening - Wow, it is really nice in person......

Saw the cue last night, just after John left. Really, really beautiful cue.

Joe also discussed the Holy Grail cue soon to be unveiled (well, maybe not soon). Talk about historic cues!

Thanks again for your time, Joe.

How on earth did I miss this thread and cue for a week? The cue is outstanding and concept great. The Tascarella cues simply play incredible! Congratulations and I look forward to your further developments.

Thanks again.. before it was a forearm, and handle assembly with rings.. didn't dawn on me to snap a pic...

Awesome cue Joe. Very nice to have used one of GB's unfinished forearms. Fred Agnir was nice enough to send me the article (some time ago) he did on George, showing some of George's unfinished cues in a photo (wished I had a higher res photo of it) I believe from P Tasc. Looking forward to seeing future classic cues.

Joe the cue came out fantastic!! Veneer colors really beautiful and meaningful. Curious to know why ivory inlays were chosen over MOP? Regards, Hal

Two reasons.. one as stated by Mark.. had he lived another 10 years it would have been a natural progression. The other is I really loathe the thin slot diamonds. (Its a personal opinion, I am just not a fan of the newer diamonds.)

You'll know how much.. very soon. lol

I did not ask why the two red reson rings were chosen because there are Mark's favorite color and it really flows great with the rest of the cue. Regards,Hal. PS maybe I we'll see you guys at the SBE.

We used the red because they go great with the forearm... :)
