The basic idea is to freeze object balls on the diamonds and run them. It's a good shot to master, but I think the drill gives too much emphasis to rail shots if it's the main drill you do. I think it is better to work on the shots you have trouble with. Run some racks, find the shots that seem simple but that you consistenly screw up, and figure out a way to practice those.PhilMul said:Has anyone heard of the "Star Pattern".
