Wasnt there a similar tournament before, the patriot cup or patriot games?

I had forgotten about that event, SJM! I did a News Archive search on AzBilliards Home page and found this: 2003 Patriot Cup Teams Announced

I didn't think the Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour was the "North Team," but I may be wrong. I seem to recall a "Team Fury" a while back, though.

Looks like that was the LAST Patriot Cup! None for the year 2004.

Well, the Color of Money was a movie AS WELL AS a series of pool games.
