Hi, I have one refinished by Mike with three shafts.
It is a real nice design with only four points and there veneers.
But it will come out of Germany and the Dollar is so weak, i have to call 1200 Dollar including shipping to you with three matching shafts.
Look at this beauty and give me questions if you want.

FYI - I tried to contact this seller after the auction ended and offered a bit less than his minimum. He was very rude in his response, not a good way to sell cues! Be carefull if you decide to go this route.
