Yes, but he deserved it. Wouldn't probably even be a hustle. Guy tried to come up to MY table and proceed to tell me how to play and what to do. So I started sloughing some shots, shooting with an open bridge, etc. Eventually after 2 or 3 games he wanted to play for a beer, then when I "barely" won and got my beer he wanted to play for $5 which he lost. Then $10, he lost and seemed to get angry. I told him I'd play him for $20 so he could get his money back. He said okay so I broke and ran the rack with perfect shape and a closed bridge. He paid but was not happy about it.

In the middle of one of his shots I told him to put out his cigarette before he got ashes on the table. He fumed red until I started to call a server over and then put it in the ashtray. I wooped the hell out of that dumbass.

In defense of chalk holders
1. Our friend invented the pocket chalker, Jessie from Beads and Billiards, now called Billiards 911.
2. I use IPT chalk and always forget it or it gets stolen.
3. Too lazy to walk around the table.
4. Tired of having to rely on no chalk, bad chalk, worn chalk in all the different places I play.
5. So then I started carrying the chalk cube in my pocket. Wore down a spot in my jeans, plus it is very messy to wash out of your pants.
6. I found this guy in Canada who makes super products. I also got one of his ingenious cue holders that folds and holds a jump cue upside down.
Anyway, his is a clipon magnetic type, but those always fly off at the slightest resistance. His interlocks and clicks into place, so it can never come off. Then it has a release catch you push to use it.

Men pros - Grady Mathews, John Schmidt, John Macias/LilJon, Charles Bryant/Hillbilly, Shannon Daulton, Scotty Townsend, Buddy Hall, LeeVan Corteza, Chris Suzert, Ray Martin, Allen Hopkins (made him quit-playing even up 15 years ago ),Jose Parica, Reed Pierce, James Walden, Marcus Chamat, Niels Feijen, Mike Gulyassy, Jermey Jones,Keith McCready, Shawn Putnam, Todd Marsh, and a little guy from Canada who wore a vest while he played must be about 62 years of age by now- scared him, had him shaking where he couldn't make a ball for about three games until I missed a real easy shot and then he spanked me cutting balls down the rail at 85 degrees like they were hangers. My God, that's a lot of pro players. That was fun. I cheated as I don't have that good of a memory and used the IPT players list to help.

Maybe a long time ago but it has been ages, except for that huge, gorilla of a man that was growling about wanting to play anybody for $20 a game on the bar table last week. While I was playing eight ball with him and running out, he threatened to kill anyone who spinned their cue stick in the air like Tom Cruise or anyone who would shark him or anyone who would lay down a lemon on him and several other reasons. I missed a couple of shots during the game as I had a difficult runout and wanted to clock his speed. My "friend" Keith Shilling did me a favor and got this game for me, pre-negotiating on my behalf. After it was over, the guy growled, glared and finally shook my hand and said, "you shoot a good stick". I bought him a beer and went to split the loot with my "former friend", Keith.

REally only one time that I can recall. A guy broke even with me one day not playing very well and I knew if he played that level I could win. The next day we doubled the bet and I thought I was playing his twin-pro-playing brother.

Kamilla. ok she's only 12, but after her first year, she now is the woman ranked #1 in our country. only losing in the finals vs pro like wendy jans and others. i havent lost yet from her. she's a HUGE future potential.
