This forum is becoming low class....

What poolroom are you hanging out in, where this bothers you? Put a couple of hundred pool playin', gambling, drinking, people together and what do you get? A poolroom short a few people for a tournament.

Not that it is any of my business and that we both reside Utah, are you of the LDS faith? I'm not knocking it or anything.

It's too bad you want to leave this forum. I felt the same way as you did when I started posting here. My complaints were mainly directed at the "know-it-alls", malcontents, and "light weights". But, I've since learned that there are many good guys on this forum.

I think pool in general could easily go for an entire overhaul when it comes to class. There are many good guys that do a lot for pool, but there are always a handful of idiots in any pool hall or tournament that have to start running their mouths, getting drunk... which really spoils the fun for a lot of people who respect the sport. Not to mention the woofers out there... I was at tournament in Boise a month or two ago and a guy, who a lot of people were saying was the top one pocket player in the U.S. at the time -- I won't name names -- started woofing at my friend and I as soon as we walked in. Well, later that evening my friend beat the $hit out of him playing 9 ball and the guy continued to woof for next couple of days. It was absolutely ridiculous. I guess it just goes to show that if you're a young player, play with good equipment, and wear decent clothing, there is always going to be someone out there to break your balls.

And people wonder why golf, and even parlor games for that matter, give pool the 5 ball when it comes to prestige.

8-ball, when you see the skanky avatars, just take solace in the fact that most of users that use pics of skanky women probably have no chance at actually picking up a chicky like that, no matter how skanky the woman is.;)

It always cracks me up when someone posts their parting words...like anyone even cares unless its Jam or one of very few other posters. Even then its usually only after some unknown internet clown went out of their way to make personal attacks against them, so its not the same thing anyway.

Turn the pictures off if they bug you. Otherwise, good luck in your search for a pool forum with half the value of AZ.

Any morally correct, unoffensive, full of Christian values sites out there giving updates on money matches (Ooops, gambling is evil...forget I said that), funny stories of road matchups (Dang, the old timers used to try and hide their identities sometimes; guess thats kind of like lying and also a sin), worth even looking at?

I never would of met my future wife if The One hadn't posted his latest avatar...thank God the internet police haven't completely banned pictures of beautiful girls quite yet.

EDIT: ***Holy Crap, I just saw the pictures of that new girl Shannelle playing 3-C on the Carom section of this site. Gorgeous girl with talent playing three cushion on a heated billiard table...does it get better than that? I hope The One's avatar babe gets over me, because I think this Shannelle girl must of been born just for me.
